Our Tutor is the Holy Spirit
Our Handbook, the Holy Bible.
It is almost impossible to live the New Life without the help of these two.
If you are privileged to own or have access to a Bible
You are indeed blessed
For there are many in the world
Who risk their lives to read it.
The Bible is our 'words to live by'
It keeps us in God's will
It corrects our wrong decisions
It adjusts our views of others
It rebukes our pride and self-satisfaction
It calms our worried nerves
It douses our fears
It provides ammunition for our warfare.
It is the life of God
It is God himself
It is light and peace.
So we are in this spiritual Training School;
And it is the duty of the Holy Spirit
Working with the Holy Word
To change us from glory to glory
Until we are like Him.
It takes time
And yielding.
The only problem is
We often refuse to be trained by it.
We want to live in Christ
But not like Christ.
Today, if you hear His voice
Do not harden your heart.... (Psalm 95:7,8)
